Don leads all sales, marketing, and business development for the company. Before founding Precision Sample in 2008, he was the Founder and President of Clear Voice Research. Under his leadership, the company grew to multi-million revenues and became a leading online sample provider. Prior to founding Clear Voice, he was a Senior Manager of Panel Acquisition at goZing, which was subsequently acquired by Greenfield Online. At goZing and Greenfield, Don led teams responsible for acquiring millions of panelists annually, and prospecting and engaging outsourced sample vendors worldwide. He has also worked at Tonos Entertainment, an online musician community, eHobbies.com, an online hobby retailer, and Full Moon Interactive, an interactive agency.
Don has over a decade of experience building and managing online research panels, and is now diving headfirst into social and mobile channels seeking to provide unmatched user experiences for his panelists and access for his clients. He holds a BA in Economics from Rollins College. In his spare-time, he enjoys playing memory games, coloring and building sand castles with his daughter, racing motocross, waterskiing, and wakeboarding.
Pat heads up the technology and product development teams. Pat has been a pioneer in the internet marketing and software development field for more than 17+ years. In his role as, he provides the vision & development leadership for Precision’s next generation of online marketing, analytics and digital technology platform.
Since the early 1990’s Pat has held various executive positions in the Fortune 100 companies (Retail, Automotive & Marketing Industries) and has achieved progressive growth and success in developing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions. Most recently, Pat has created and sold a Digital Marketing Technology company that has been instrumental in creating key business drive for a major Marketing Services agency in Texas. He is currently developing Precision’s Technology platform, a robust set of architectures and comprehensive frameworks (Software As A Service (SaaS) Frameworks) that are easy-to-connect, develop and integrate! In his spare time – Pat is an avid world traveler and enjoys music, cooking and philanthropy. His life ambition is to deliver quality medical care in India – for the underprivileged- for FREE!
Adam is a seasoned market research veteran, having spent the entirety of his research career specializing in online sample fieldwork solutions. Often referred to by his clients as “the most responsive salesperson in the MR industry West of the Mississippi river,” Adam always goes above and beyond, both on and off the clock, to ensure that Precision Sample’s client project needs are expedited and made the utmost priority. He is a wizard at finding fully feasible solutions for any global B2C/B2B target audience across a variety of sample sourcing methods, including both online & CATI (phone-to-web).
Throughout his past 7 years in market research, Adam has brought in hundreds of new client accounts and prides himself in creating and cultivating long-term strategic partnerships with his clients. In his spare time, Adam has a passion for photography, filmmaking & skateboarding…that is…when he isn’t on dad duty for his daughter Dakota & being a cat dad for his two cats, Oliver & Roby.
Yan brings to Precision Sample a multi-faceted perspective through her 25+ years in project management, operations management and sales. Most recently, Yan leveraged her extensive sample industry knowledge at uSamp as Vice-President, Global Operations. She was responsible for a global project management team of 40 and created uSamp’s programming and hosting offering. Her career started in face-to-face qualitative research at Greenfield Consulting Group. This led her to manage online services at Greenfield Online (Nasdaq:SRVY), where she was responsible for the North American Sample Only business with her team of 30 project managers in the US, India and Canada. Yan brings a unique perspective to her operational skill set as she has spent time at uSamp and Precision Sample in full-time sales roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fairfield University.
Throughout her career, Yan has been instrumental in the development and growth of delivery teams, and the implementation of processes that assure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Yan lives in Connecticut with her husband and teenage children. She spends her time carpooling her kids to every possible activity, grocery shopping and vacuuming Puggle hair.
